Let's face it; sometimes things just don't work out: wrong color, received defective or incorrect item, bag isn't big enough, etc.  That's why our NO HASSLE, return policy is worry-free. Simply contact customerservice@she-tech.com, in advance, to request an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 45 days of purchase date.  SALE AND DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE.

We guarantee all merchandise sold by She-Tech for 45 days from the receipt of shipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unused merchandise, with the original hangtags attached, within 45 days of receipt of the item, for a prompt refund. Your credit card will be credited for the price of the merchandise and any taxes after She-Tech has received and processed your returned item. Shipping & handling fees are non-refundable.
