 The chirping is driving me crazy!Oct 30, 2010

My daughter bought this thing because she thought it was cute. Any time something metal is near it, it chirps and it refuses to stop unless you remove the metal item. Any time it is not level, it chirps and it does not stop until you set it on a level surface that is not metal. Every time one of the kids knocks this thing off my desk, it chirps and will not stop until I find it and set it on a non-metal level surface. Do I sound crazy? Its because of the chirping!

This magnetic bird is adorable. I love the paint colors and the cute chirping! You must know however, that this bird is tiny! I can't believe I paid over twenty three dollars (after the price plus shipping) for this ridiculously small paper clip holder! The paper clips in the photo are the SMALL clips, not the big ones I normally use. I don't know how well this will really function on my desk, since I go through so many paper clips each day. It is cute, but you must decide if you don't mind spending a bunch of money for something cute that is about the size of a lime. I only recommend this product for those with spare money to blow on knick knacks.

worth every penny. and does not chirp except when touched. after reading other reviews i was worried that it would be chirping all the time, but no! i am so glad i bought this.
