The headet came on time and in the "good" conition as described. Small scratch on fron was listed and does not bother me. I wish the piece fit my ear a little better and could go up in volume one more "click", but it works fine and quality of sound is good.

easy to figure out it was my 1st one I still use it now and then but doesnt fit to the ear so great so hard to hear sometimes

This is a great purchase for the price I paid! It works well considering the new law in Hawaii eff. 07/01/09 for handsfree talk while driving. The only complaint I have is it is unable to contour to the ear and falls off if my hair moves or if I turn abruptly. Otherwise, incoming sound and color is great!
