1. It's gorgeous. I get comments on it every time I use it.
2. It has a VERY COOL feature for when I'm traveling: an outside pocket unzips underneath and turns into a slot for the handle of your rolling suitcase. I can slip this tote over the extended handle and roll along with it completely safe.
3. The laptop pouch inside the tote is just perfect -- enough padding but not too bulky. It fits my 15" MacBook Pro just fine.
4. I needed a bag that would fit not only my laptop but also files. You wouldn't believe what I can stuff in here when I travel.
5. The straps are very comfortable.
