This is an amazing bag. A bit on the big side but I am totally pleased.Good quality leather and I did burn the sample piece which said Genuine leather to see if it would melt like the other person said and it got hot and burned but it did not melt. Its a great bag and I can see it will be used for many years to come. Excellent bag.

I read a lot of the reviews on this bag on the ebags website while I was shopping around for a good purse/tote to use for work and school, and was not so sure about this one based on some of the things that were said such as the bag being heavy etc. Glad I purchased it though. Yes, it is a little heavy, but it's a leather bag and the dimensions listed in the product review state it's not your normal sized bag, so honestly it wasn't a surprise to me and it's definitely not a deal breaker. I mean, from experience and I'm sure this goes for most women who are in school and work, the bags we carry are normally pretty heavy anyways so I'd rather have a bag that packs a couple extra pounds for durability than one that has me worried it's going to drop all its contents on the floor.
This bag is very sturdy, durable and looks great. It's a nice shiney shade of black leather and even smells great. I can tell the straps are not going to rip off easily like some other bags I've had, and there are plenty of compartments to put odds and ends. It looks expensive.
The laptop compartment has a nice ribbed cushioning to keep it safe and a strap to keep in it's place. I also plan to use the laptop compartment for books when I have class. It's perfect to put a book inside and not get it scratched from other things inside your bag such as pens or keys, etc.
Overall, if you are not so concerned about a little extra weight, and are looking for a larger sized bag with a laptop compartment and enough storage space for your makeup, keys, pens, wallet etc then this is a great bag to get. Also, for this price you really can't beat it.

The bag looks nice with lots of compartments. However, the padded compartment is not large enough for my 15" Dell computer. The computer has to be placed in the largest opening and then it is very tight. The leather is good and stitching is fine. After using it everyday for a while, I think I am going to regret not returning it.

I found this item also listed on the walmart.com website (they were sold out though) so I was questioning the quality. However, it's a great quality bag, and very professional looking. It's quite stiff, but I'm sure that will improve with time.
