This purse started off great. I used it for about a month- and wrote a very clear message to the customer service/owner asking for an exchange. The purse has a tear in the lining and damage from the Velcro that they added to the purse-which was (to me anyway-so obviously a design flaw)- I got a simple NO as a response as apparently it is my fault that I didn't use the stupid velcro flap, and because I didn't use it it caused the purse to rip. (Purse is not as quality as they claim- the straps are already fraying).
If I knew what I do now about this companies customer service (one lady who is pretty a glorified secretary-definitely NOT someone with any kind of experience in the industry) + a cheap owner who obviously doesn't understand what it takes to keep good customers loyal= I would have said a simple- No Thank you.
When something like this arises, it seems so simple to me. Replace the product. Keep the customer happy. It's not like i sabotaged this purse to get a new one...I bought one, full price and it isn't up to par. But instead- I got blamed for not using it correctly and refused a replacement.
Honestly, the glorified secretary told me to cut the Velcro off and paste it permanently to the rough side of the velcro. Are you kidding me? I just spent 100$ on a purse and I shouldn't have to cut or paste anything to make it work for me. I stuck in my letter to them below. The owner responded to me that since I allowed the velro to rub against the purse, It was my fault for not using the bag properly.
My vote- Spend the extra 30-60 bucks and buy a really quality purse. One that will last and that can take your everyday use for more than just a few months. This one is a faker.

This bag is amazing. First of all, the materials are very high quality. The nylon is very thick and durable, and the stitching is well done. It seems that it will last a very long time. The trim is pvc but not cheap looking at all, almost looks like leather until you get very close and touch it. The lining on the inside is beautiful. It's a very silky material that has a slight sheen and looks gorgeous. It also feels nice and soft, not slick, plastic-y or crunchy like so many other laptop bags I looked at. And all the outer pockets except the ones on either end are also lined.
The external pockets give an incredible extra amount of space for odds and ends without adding bulk. The end slip pockets are deep and tight enough that you don't feel like things you put in there could slip out easily. The zippered pocket on the back is huge, you could easily get a decent sized book in there. And the two pockets on the front give ample space for pens and other small items.
The interior is incredibly spacious. It will easily fit a 17" laptop and is very adequately padded for protection. The two spaces on either side of the laptop pocket will hold lots of files/books and have even MORE organizational pockets. On one side there are three very deep slip pockets perfect for power cords. on the other side is a very large zip pocket and a few more organizing pockets for pens and small items.
The top zipper keeps everything in place and protected. All the zippers are high-quality and zip smoothly. The feet on the bottom are a great feature that keeps the bag off the ground and very stable so it won't accidentally tip over. The handle drop is just right. It sits the bag right against your hip and gives enough space to fit over a winter coat. The handles are also slightly padded to make for a very comfortable carry.
Also, it is the perfect size to fit under an airline seat per regulations with an inch or two to spare. There is a heavy duty slip strap on the back to slip over the handle of a suitcase. So you can have your carry-on suitcase for the overhead, and this bag can go under the seat.
There is nothing that hasn't been thought of and perfectly designed on this bag and it looks great too. It can carry a ton of stuff while staying neat and streamlined. So many laptop bags/totes meant for women looked like big depressing diaper bags to me, but the ones for men looked too masculine. This tote is the perfect medium of looking just feminine enough without looking too girly and being sleek and professional instead of bulky and sloppy.

This has been the best laptop bag I've ever had. It's pretty, but also incredibly functional. I travel frequently for work, and this bag is my carry on. I can carry my 17" laptop, cords, spare battery, snacks, magazines and files and my other travel necessities all in this one bag. The pockets are just the right sizes. And it still fits under the seat in front of me on the plane. It's been shoved and dropped and lugged thousands of miles and has held up beautifully. The straps are just starting to show wear after almost two years of use. Fantastic bag. If something happened to the one I have, I'd immediately buy another.

I hesitated in spending nearly $90 on a bag, but 17" laptop bags are hard to come by. I LOVE THIS BAG. It is very high quality and looks great. There are lots of pockets and plenty of storage spaces. My 17" laptop fits perfectly in the padded slot. I can fit the cords and cables, books, paperwork and so much more into this very attactive bag. This is a high quality product that I'm very pleased with!

I searched all over the internet and in local retail stores, looking for a good bag for my new Dell XPS17, a large 17" laptop. The reviews for this one were excellent and the styling looked good, so I took a chance. The bag arrived two days ago and I'm totally in love with it. The quality of the materials is much better than I had expected. It feels luxurious in every way. It has lots of room, will protect my new laptop extremely well, and has many pockets and spaces for iPhone, cables, power supply, portable media, portable hard drive, pens, credit cards, everything I could have imagined. I'm already planning to use it for travel without the computer, since it's a great bag with or without the laptop. And I love the orange color I chose! I never write reviews, but I had to write this one. I highly recommend this bag.
