I wanted to get a nice leather portfolio for a friend for Christmas. After looking around I decided on this particular one. It is a quality, well made product. The merchant called me directly several days later to say the order may be delayed a day or two, was that ok? It was still 10 days until Christmas, so I said fine. They called me the next day to say that the item had shipped and I then received it the next day (even though I specified 'Standard Shipping' when placing my order.) I could not be happier with the service provided by the merchant and the quality of the product.
